Greenwich Village Historic Walking Tour 


The Greenwich Village Historic Walking Tour focuses on the impact of historic people and events from the 1620s to the 1960s. You will be inspired by the courage of enslaved people, women, immigrants, actors, writers, political leaders, animal advocates, and human rights activists. Prepare to relive the events that shaped our culture from the American Revolution to the civil rights movement. This tour also includes stories about public hangings, criminal trials, assassinations, bank robbers, and mobsters in the Village. 

Washington Square Arch - Washington Square N, New York, NY 10012, USA

This tour is two hours. It begins at the Washington Square Park Arch in Greenwich Village and ends near Washington Square Park. It is about a two-mile walk with frequent stops. 

Please arrive 15 minutes early to allow for check in and review the website FAQ prior to your arrival for answers to frequently asked questions.
